Introducing ‘Nourish’ at Caraway House Care Home

Here at Caraway House Care Home in Selsey, we take pride in our services and facilities to make sure that all of our residents are provided with the best standard of care, support and lifestyles possible.

One of the latest tools we've added to our resources is 'Nourish', an award-winning digital care system that supports all of our team in offering the best in person-centred care to our residents, where their overall heath an wellbeing is our main priority. We're extremely excited to be able to implement Nourish within our care home and are very proud of this partnership.

Nourish is all about community. They seek to enhance and simplify care within equal measures, setting out to harness the power of care management within a software to improve the lives of those who need care and those who provide it.

Nourish enables carers to record, report, plan and co-ordinate care. The easy-to-use software on the handsets we use for Nourish look similar to a mobile phone, allowing our carers to record what they need to at the point of care, giving accurate notes and saving time, meaning more is spent with the residents. Having the access to live information means you're up-to-date and able to make those informed decisions to leading better care. With having these records secure, compliant and accurate, the care provided becomes more manageable and less time-consuming.

Many of these new strategies are great benefits to everyone here at Caraway House Care Home, along with more personalised care for those we support, saving time on administration, collaborating more effectively and being able to join up and connect all our technology in one place. Nourish is an NHS Assured Supplier of social care technology, taking our care to another level.
