Our Deputy Clinical Manager, Duane is a highly skilled and experienced leader who consistently demonstrates compassion and adaptability in his role. Duane has extensive expertise in acute hospital care, nursing care, end of life care, and dementia care. Acquiring extensive experience in leadership and management through diverse positions within the local NHS, both at provider and system level. Duane is extremely dedicated to providing compassionate care for individuals in their final stages of life, he strives to offer the necessary support to both residents and their families, ensuring that dignity is maintained and families receive the right information they need to understand the complex process of dying. Duane is a highly skilled and experienced leader who is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to the individuals under our care at Caraway House. His compassionate nature and expertise enable him to make informed decisions that prioritise the well-being of those he cares for.
Our Business Administrator Sarah is an efficient and versatile colleague. Having dedicated the past 14 years working for the NHS achieving Management level, she has great people skills, showing compassion, empathy and being proactive in helping people.
With extensive experience working within General Practice Sarah has lead teams and supported colleagues through their career progression and implementing training. Continuously striving to support her team members and services areas to provide a competent and resourceful service and is dedicated to maintaining these standards for Caraway House. Sarah has achieved qualifications in Business and Finance, along with her recent Graduation having completed her CIPD Level 5 qualification in Human Recourses.
Our head chef Chloe is a very passionate and highly experienced chef, who has worked within the catering industry for over a decade. Her attention to detail and professionalism enables her to implement and create a wide range of international and traditional dishes. Not only is she passionate about her food she creates she is also considerate about the sustainability and environmental impacts of her catering.
Chloe believes the kitchen is the heart of the home and ensures she understands the needs and expectations of every resident. She ensures that the dietary and nutritional requirements are at the front of every dish. Chloe believes in the importance of eating with dignity, and tailoring meals to the personal preference of each resident.
Trena is an enthusiastic colleague, who always strives to achieve a very high standard in whatever she does. Trena has the ability to lead and motivate others and has good communication skills. With 16 years of experience in the care sector. Trena has worked within a team to support adults with learning disabilities and has been dedicated to making a difference in the residents lives. Trena is efficient and highly organised and will continue to demonstrate her skills and knowledge, previously gained to give 100% to her role for Caraway House.
Our head housekeeper Sarah is a compassionate and efficient colleague. Sarah has dedicated 22-plus years to the care sector. Through her years in care, Sarah has shown her leadership, skills, loyalty, dedication, and passion towards the profession.
Sarah is highly qualified in every aspect of care. This includes elderly, dementia, end-of-life and additional special needs at the top end of the spectrum. Sarah has supported people of all ages to maintain dignity and respect, Sarah has shown she is supportive and is very passionate about everything she does.
With close to two decades of extensive and varied roles in the maintenance, groundskeeping and customer care sectors, Nate enjoys fixing, perfecting, and making all things “just right” for each person’s specific wants and needs. Having a person-centred approach and always happy to help, Nate endeavours to ensure that every resident is treated with respect and dignity and that every individual’s needs are met. Nate takes pride in communicating with each resident to make every individual feel at home. Always willing to go above and beyond, Nate is passionate about maintaining a clean, safe, inviting and happy environment.
