Work Progresses on Caraway House
Ahead of our Marketing Suite opening in May, we were delighted to go onsite to see how the works were progressing on the build and boy were we in for a pleasant surprise. With flooring going down, paint on the walls, installation of fixtures and fittings and some great statement lighting the home is looking spectacular!
The home offers beautifully curated accommodation in ensuite bedrooms across two floors and there is not only a choice of outlooks but also décor colour which has been sympathetically chosen for its location due to its close proximity to the sea and countryside. There is also a choice in bedroom size with the option to upgrade to an adjoining room suitable for a couple or those seeking a separate lounge and bedroom area or to one of just two suites which offer much greater space and a sense of tranquillity.
Community living is available in abundance with a total of 6 lounge/dining rooms across the home all with their own identity and yet so warm and homely as they open up onto patios or balconies to fully promote inside/outside living. The reception area is inviting for visitors and also includes a sociable café area for residents, relatives and members of the local community to enjoy a fresh brew and slice of home-baked cake!
Facilities continue on the top floor of the home where there is a further all-weather balcony, a private dining room where family celebrations can be enjoyed, a luxurious salon as well as an activities room that is multi-functional and which will be at the heart of our lifestyles programme.
